Jola has solved the problem for resellers that want to sell Direct Routing but don’t have Microsoft skills in-house. They have launched the first fully automated provisioning platform and hundreds of customers have been provisioned within minutes.
Direct Routing for Teams is a great opportunity for the channel as packages are more cost-effective and feature-rich than the Calling Plans available from Microsoft. The challenge many resellers faced, when using Direct Routing, is configuration. It required the installation of Microsoft PowerShell or S4B and experienced Microsoft qualified engineers – until now.
Jola’s ethos is to make it easy and profitable to sell, provision and manage Direct Routing. This latest software development is another example of this.
