He also gained valuable knowledge in all aspects of electronic document management through his previous engagements with Xerox Professional Services, Cimage Enterprise Systems and Wang.
During his time at Capgemini, Graham discovered that in industry and government, only around 60% of IT projects are fully successful, but that following the principles of benefits management, competent project management and correct technology selection, the success rate of IT implementations rises to over 90%. Therefore for an effective return on investments in information technology, additional investments are also required in change management and better technology selection methods.
