ScanSource has announced availability of the new Avaya Cloud Office by RingCentral solution in the UK. The work-from-anywhere cloud solution, which provides unified communications across voice, video, team messaging, file sharing and fax, is now available to partners in the UK through ScanSource Cloud Services. ScanSource is the first Master Agent for Avaya in EMEA.
For VARs, ScanSource Cloud Services provides a new route to market, enabling them to begin the transition to a recurring revenue model. Partners in need of additional support and guidance in building a cloud practice can access ScanSource’s comprehensive training resources.
“We are pleased to offer our partners Avaya’s complete suite of solutions, enabling them to accelerate their cloud transformation, while also delivering communications solutions to their end users in their preferred consumption model,” said Marcus Ollenbuttel, Senior Vice President, Europe Digital Distribution, ScanSource. “There has never been a more important time to help partners grow their collaboration offering. With Avaya Cloud Office, our partners have a clear path to selling cloud communications, along with the support and partnership they have come to expect from ScanSource.”
“Having worked alongside Avaya and ScanSource for over 25 years, we have seen their relationship grow to form a solid bond that delivers the best possible solutions to the channel,” said Mark Bridgman, Service and Operations Director, Support UK Ltd, a ScanSource partner. “With the introduction of ScanSource Cloud Services, we have a real arsenal of tools available to us to engage even further with our customers on every UCaaS opportunity, backed up by the support and dedication that ScanSource has always demonstrated. The introduction of the ACO platform helps to demonstrate that Avaya both understands the requirements of a modern business, as well as being able to deliver the flexibility and operational needs. I look forward to seeing how the product will develop as Avaya add their first class contact centre and UC knowledge to the mix – making these exciting times and setting a benchmark for the whole sector.”
“UK businesses and organisations looking to transform their communications and empower employees to communicate, collaborate, and work better together can now do so at their own pace with the help of Avaya Cloud Office,” said Rudo Tielrooij, Director of Cloud Sales International, Avaya. “There is tremendous excitement around this new offer and we are pleased to be deepening our valued partnership with ScanSource to make our new UCaaS solution available to as many customers as possible.”
