Colman brings with her extensive international experience of working with service providers, channel partners and customers. Since joining Avaya in 2001 Colman has held a number of senior positions, most recently as the Pan-EMEA Distribution Manager, responsible for managing the regional relationship with Avaya platinum business partner Westcon Convergence.

Before joining Avaya, Lynda was Managing Director at VPNet Technologies, where she developed strategies to continuously build the company’s channel across Europe, until its acquisition by Avaya in 2001.
