Prior to joining Avaya, Luc was Vice President for Northern Europe at Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories where he helped increase business through the channel resulting in a Year over Year growth of more than 20% in the region. Before that he held the role of Sales Director for Genesys in the Netherlands where he was responsible for increasing the company’s footprint in the finance and insurance verticals.
Mr. Zuidhof’s experience in technology also includes the roles of Country Manager Benelux for eGain Communications, a company specialising in knowledge management and customer interaction solutions and Regional Sales Manager for Backweb Technologies which provides data content and applications delivery solutions.
