Avenir Telecom has announced the distribution of the BlackBerry Torch 9800 at a launch event held at RIM’s UK office in Slough. The event was held in partnership with strategic partner O2.
O2 approved dealers were invited to the event and enjoyed a demonstration, hands-on training and a Q&A session on the handset. Attendees were also allocated a seeding device to assist them in selling to their customers.
Andy Tow, managing director at Avenir, stated: “We are extremely excited to be launching the new BlackBerry Torch 9800 in partnership with O2, and want to provide our dealers with the best possible support and learning experience surrounding this innovative handset.”
