Avenir Telecom overhauls FOCUS

Networks & Network Services
B2B distributor Avenir Telecom has launched phase three of its bespoke FOCUS administrative system. The new, improved FOCUS system has been re-developed to be more user friendly and provide greater clarity for clients.

As part of FOCUS’s redesign, Avenir has introduced electronic contracts for the first time, for connections/ports of 30 lines or more on Vodafone. The client will be required to submit all customer information to FOCUS, which will then generate an online contract to be printed and signed. Clients must then scan and upload the contract onto the FOCUS system to be checked by Avenir’s client services team. All submissions will be given a unique reference number that can be tracked at a later date.

Toby Wickenden, head of services, said: “We have invested significant time and resource into re-developing FOCUS, to give our clients the best possible customer service. FOCUS is an essential part of daily administration for our clients’ businesses and the new phase of our system has been designed to streamline all processes and improve the user experience.”

Tanny Price, managing director, added: “FOCUS is integral to the smooth running of our clients’ businesses, as well as our own. The latest developments demonstrate our commitment to our clients as well as our determination to creating efficiencies wherever possible.”
