Avenir Telecom, UK distributor of mobile telecoms, is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the O2 Partner Customer Service Partner of the Year Award 2011.
The winner is voted for by members of the O2 Partner Customer Service team. The various complimentary comments put forward by members of the team included “I would like to nominate Avenir Telecom as they are one of the most pleasant partners to work with. They are always polite, approachable and customer focused.” Another team member said “The advisors always call us prepared with the information necessary to deal with their queries; they are friendly, polite and professional.”
