Distributor Avnet Technology Solutions is now the first Channel Development Partner (CDP) to become a fully-accredited Tandberg Service Partner (ASP) in the U.K., having been appointed following a rigorous audit of its service delivery capabilities. Avnet Technology Solutions is the largest Tandberg CDP in EMEA, and ASP accreditation now certifies Avnet to deliver the highest levels of service through its business partner community.
In order to be awarded ASP status, an organisation is assessed and audited by Tandberg in areas such as its ability to provide services support; its processes, procedures and quality of service delivery; and its Technical Assistance Centre (TAC). Avnet is also able to support its partners with extensive lab and testing facilities to provide integration with third-party solutions, such as voice technologies and messaging.
