Pennine Telecom’s middle managers have all achieved an Introduction to Management Award from the Institute of Leadership and Management.
To achieve the award each manager had to undertake 35 hours of training and choose a topic to use as subject matter for their assessments.
They highlighted key areas to develop within the business and, as a finale to the course, a presentation was made to the company’s directors. Many of the suggested initiatives are now being developed by Pennine.
The team was presented with the awards by Marc Roberts of Business Support Solutions who arranged the training course.
