Axonex Get new Identity

Cisco Systems has awarded Axonex the designation of Cisco ATP (Authorised Technology Provider) for Cisco’s Identity Services Engine (ISE). Axonex says it is the first Cisco Partner to achieve this designation in the UK.

Axonex has met the rigorous Cisco certified personnel levels required for an ATP - Cisco Identity Services Engine Partner. This helps ensure the Axonex sales and technical teams are comprehensively prepared to offer advanced Cisco ISE solutions to their customers encompassing design, implementation and subsequent support services.

Axonex Director, Tom Bane commented, “It’s clear IT consumerisation has had an overwhelming effect on the proliferation of corporate owned and personal mobile devices requesting access to company networks. If businesses are to embrace the many benefits of this ‘Bring Your Own Device’ evolution, the security mechanisms in place must advance from merely an allowed or denied policy.

The Cisco Identity Services Engine provides just this, through accurate device and user identification, followed by policy access and application enforcement, which is all comprehensively audited for system wide visibility on who, where and what is connecting to your network. Receiving this ATP designation for the Cisco ISE is an outstanding accomplishment for Axonex and demonstrates our desire to provide customers with technology leading solutions for real business challenges. This achievement further highlights Axonex’s ongoing commitment to offer a multi-faceted suite of best of breed security products to protect our customers’ networks.”

This ATP designation follows on the recent announcement of Axonex receiving Cisco Ironport Gold Partner status.
