AYC Push Ahead with Zycko

Managing director Paul Howard and Sales Manager Simon Emery of Hampshire based AYC say they are pushing ahead with distribution of their IPcts range of IP PBX systems via west country based Zycko.

Howard, “Zycko is a step up for what we can offer the channel. They have five accredited engineers and provide us with presence in overseas markets as well. We have seen a good take up of our products from their resellers and Zycko see AYC as a strategic partner and products set. We are their only VoIP products and they want to open up the SME market.”

Emery says resellers should be interested in IPcts because it is a solution sell with a service wrap. “It’s a very cost effective products with feature richness built in. IPcts has full IP and analogue connectivity offering user flexible configurations with the base unit providing entry level, or ‘door opening’ prospects for reseller.”

New for 2007 will be more applications based modules and a larger 100 to 250 user system. AYC says they will soon be launching an FMC application as well as a PRI ISDN interface. Third party support is available via a recent deal they have struck with services company Itec.
