Azlan Announces White-Label Services Programme

Azlan, the enterprise division of Computer 2000, has introduced a full range of services to complement, extend and support its channel partners’ capabilities. The services will be provided on a white-label basis and enable partners to extend their existing service capability or to provide continuity of service to customers at times when they do not have available resources to meet demand.

Joel Chimoindes, Unified Communications Director for TDAzlan said: “As a direct response to feedback we have received from channel partners, we have made a strategic investment and have set up a programme that enables us to deliver a broad range of high quality services on a white-label basis, which resellers can brand them as their own.”

The services are designed to support the partner communities of TDAzlan’s unified communications and collaboration (UCC) vendors. They include installation, telephone support, and engineer-delivered on-site services covering Cisco voice, Cisco-Tandberg video, Avaya voice and data, and LifeSize video solutions.

Chimoindes added: “We are really excited about these services as they directly satisfy the needs of the market. In the UCC sector different silos of technology come together to form complex solution environments. The breath of skills needed by resellers to deliver these solutions is vast. By outsourcing services to TDAzlan, a reseller can move much more quickly into a new area with us supporting their service delivery, giving them time to grow their own in-house service capability and skills. For example, the integration of video conferencing into a PBX has huge value to an end user, but requires a different set of skills that go beyond traditional IP telephony. TDAzlan can offer help directly in this area.

“We believe that the combination of our new services programme, combined with our extensive demand-creation capabilities, provides a compelling proposition to any reseller who wishes to grow their business with any of our vendors – or to extend their current area of capability from, for example, a voice specialism to a voice and video specialism. We will support resellers who are prepared to work with us and continue to back their efforts and investment as they grow their business into new and profitable areas.”
