Azlan Named Worldwide Distribution Services Innovation Partner 2011 By Cisco

Distributor Azlan has been named Worldwide Distribution Services Innovation Partner 2011 by Cisco in recognition of the investments and success it has achieved in its Felix online quoting, ordering and contract renewals system for Cisco SMARTnet Services.

Since it was launched in April last year, Felix has enabled thousands of Cisco Partners to drive increased revenues and generate repeat business from Cisco SMARTnet Services. It was developed solely by Azlan to enhance the value and potential of Cisco SMARTnet Services opportunities for reseller partners and is, to date, the only system of its kind available in Europe.

The system integrates with Cisco’s own ordering systems to provide resellers with a complete end-to-end solution, from the identification of opportunities to quoting, ordering and confirmation of the Cisco SMARTnet Service contract.

Using Felix, Cisco partners can produce a final quote, ready to be passed onto the customer, within minutes, saving time, improving their chance of winning business. Changes are applied instantaneously and all quotes are validated to help ensure that the right service is being offered for the right product. This also reduces the potential for errors. Quotations and order certificates are delivered in a professional electronic format and can be translated into local languages and currencies as required.
