According to a report in yesterdays Sunday Mail Azzuri Communications which has driven profits from £1.4million in 2002 to £8 million in 2005 is expected in the coming weeks to make a decision whether to go ahead with a planned flotation or sell for upto £100 million.
According to the report Warburg Pincus, Bridgepoint and PPM Capital are on the shortlist to buy the business.
