The joint venture will help Inclarity further extend its lead in today’s IP telephony market by gaining access to Bailey Teswaine’s key vertical markets including the public sector, professional services, retail and financial institutions.
Bailey Teswaine’s core strength is ICT services management and structured cabling, providing end-to-end managed services of all networked infrastructure for UK businesses. The deal completes Bailey Teswaine’s hosted application and data offering, allowing its customers to deploy an all encompassing feature-rich solution, which enables flexible working, enhanced disaster recovery and cost savings.
