Business communications specialists, Barclay Communications have just opened a new 36 seat call centre in Belfast and are currently recruiting new staff members in almost all areas of their business.
As Northern Ireland’s only O2 Centre of Excellence Partner and thanks to their superb approach to customer management, Barclay Communications are currently experiencing yet another period of rapid growth.
Britt Megahey, Managing Director of Barclay Communications: “Thanks to our O2 partnership and product diversity we have been lucky enough to continue growing in spite of the difficult economic conditions and now we are boosting our staff numbers once again with the new call centre, plus a number of new Account Manager, Sales, Web and Customer Service positions.”
The new call centre will be focusing on the communication needs of O2 SME customers and all Northern Ireland’s SME businesses. Other Account Management teams in the company will now concentrate on large, new and UK businesses.

Barclay Communications continued growth within the UK business mobile phone market has also enabled them to expand their e-business, landline, broadband, IT and TomTom WORK sectors. Plus develop new services including iPhone screen repair and an SMS Short Code service.
