The network is underpinned by BE Wholesale’s ability to manage network capacity and provision services in advance of the network nearing capacity.

The BE Business SDSL-M and A broadband services offer uncontended and unlimited performance, supported by an Enhanced Support level with a 6-hour fix SLA agreement. The service provides small businesses with an enhanced level of support, guaranteeing a faster response to solve connectivity issues. It is a symmetrical service, run as Annex-A or -M, with up to 2.5Mb/s upload and provides businesses with a bridge between dedicated internet access and cheaper, lower grade consumer services.
