Blue’s Hotel Pro Call Logging and Guest Management

Likely to be of interest to dealers selling to the hotel and hospitality industry, Storacall Voice Systems has just launched the new Blue’s Hotel Pro call logging software, which is a solution for managing telephone billing and guest services in a hotel. It incorporates reservation board, calendar, check-in/check-out system, room telephone call costing, wake up call management together with a billing system for all charges including extra hotel services.

The vendor says Blue’s Hotel Pro integrates directly with most telephone systems including the latest IP PABX and is scaleable covering from 12 to 500 rooms and telephone extensions. An graphical layout shows the occupancy and reservation situation of all the rooms and guest services with explanatory icons showing the situation of each room at a glance. The calendar based reservation board is interactive so availability can be immediately verified, room reservations made and check-in/check-out actioned with a simple mouse click The software also managers group check in, and check-out

Clicking on a specific room will directly show all the required information including guest details, room charges, check-in, billed telephone calls, wake-up calls, and all other hotel services, up to the complete bill and check-out. In addition to bedroom telephones, one can also manage all the other hotel phones and debit the call on the respective bedroom bill, or have them paid immediately.

The final Guest bill can include room costs together with telephone call charges and other items such as restaurant, laundry and mini bar charges. The bill format can be customisable with a Hotel logo, address and promotions.
