Tekton Billing names Brett Harvey new business head

Tekton Billing has announced it has appointed Brett Harvey as head of new business. In his new role, Harvey will lead on welcoming new customers to Tekton Billing, refining the onboarding process, and developing new tools and features for the ZOEY billing platform.

Harvey (pictured right) joined the company in June following a 12 year stint at Union Street technologies, where he held roles including head of new business and senior pre-sales consultant. Prior to that, he worked at Oak Innovation Limited in engineering and customer service roles.

Brett Harvey, head of new business, Tekton Billing, commented, “Joining Tekton presents a great opportunity for me; to work with an independent channel operation that is genuinely committed to continuous development in billing, and advance an already amazing billing platform and team. In turn, enabling Tekton to support its channel customers and grow their billing even further!”

Harry McKeever, director, Tekton Billing, added, “Tekton has experienced amazing growth in the last 12 months, especially after the industry shake ups and mergers of multiple billing systems across the channel. That means investing in our team and hiring amazing people like Brett, to ensure we have the channel sales experience to meet increasing customer demand.”

Tekton Billing is led by the sibling team of Harry and Charlie McKeever, alongside the support of chairman and father Terry McKeever. The company has experienced significant growth recently and has been recruiting across a number of roles to ensure high levels of customer support.

ZOEY is the company’s cloud-based, scalable billing platform. It offers high levels of end-user self-service and includes margin analysis tools that have been developed specifically for channel providers.
