Britannic Technologies today announced its strategic partnership with Documotive, a supplier of Electronic Document and Records Management (EDRM) solutions, to provide for the first time to the housing market, a management and real time communications solution called Agile.
Housing Associations are struggling to operate more efficiently and need to reduce futile resource so budget can be invested in building more homes. The Agile solution increases efficiencies and frees up resources enabling employees to work remotely and on-site, seamlessly accessing customer information and data from the back-office systems, and integrating real time communications.
“Britannic Technologies is delighted to announce its partnership with Documotive. This is the first time the housing industry has ever seen a holistic solution of management and CRM software combined with unified communications, and we are excited to bring this to market. Our customers will be able to manage the complete life-cycle of customer service in a real-time secure environment and will dramatically improve efficiencies, productivity and reduce wasted resource,” comments Jonathan Sharp, Sales and Marketing Director of Britannic Technologies.
With Agile remote workers now have the ability to securely transact customer service from a smart phone or tablet accessing information where they are and capture information using smart forms that have automated triggers to the back office systems resulting in tasks being completed in real-time.
Jon Holyhead, Managing Director of Documotive comments, “Agile is a completely new way of working for the sector. Agile is not a mobile solution it is a solution to mobilise all systems which is something very different. We have already created a real buzz in the market and customers are eager to implement a solution that will allow them to manage service delivery by immediately accessing relevant information in real time to field-based operatives with seamless integration to back office systems. We are excited by the partnership and the opportunities it is going to bring.”
