Broadband Incentive Winner

Channel Partner Novosco, providers of Virtual Infrastructure technologies and services, has won a brand new Apple iPad2, in the first of a series of Partner incentives from Zen Internet.

The incentive was open to all Zen Partners and was based on new sales of Zen’s fibre optic broadband packages and the upgrade to those packages, of existing Zen customers. Over 30 Partners took part in the bespoke campaign with customised collateral, including email templates, web content, banners and a printed postcard available for them to send to their customer base.

‘Zen’s clearly defined wide range of fibre products means that there is a fibre service to suit all our clients requirements, depending on what they need in terms of bandwidth and usage allowance. We use Zen because of the exceptional quality of the services that it provides together with its first class customer services and technical support,’ said Ciaran Donnelly, Pre-Sales Technical, Novosco.

Zen’s new fibre optic broadband packages, launched last year, offer download speeds of "Up to 40Mbps" and upload speeds of “up to 10Mbps”. Zen’s fibre optic broadband product portfolio is tailored for both residential and business customers and has been developed by connecting to BT’s Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC) technology. All are supported by a highly robust and resilient network and award winning technical support and customer service.

“Congratulations and well done to Novosco, this is a really exciting time for Zen’s Channel. These new incentives are about providing ongoing support to our Partners, strengthening our partnerships and future-proofing our success together. We work with our Partners to offer the best support and resources in order that they continue to exceed their client’s expectations,” says Andrew Saunders, Head of Product Management and Marketing.

To complement its existing fibre optic broadband product portfolio, Zen has recently launched its new lower priced entry-level fibre optic broadband package, Fibre Lite. This product has been developed for customers that want to benefit from faster speeds but do not have massive download requirements.

“Fibre Broadband represents a great opportunity for resellers. Feedback from our customers confirms that fibre optic broadband performance transforms their Internet experience, not just by making their service faster, but by enabling them to try new applications that might previously have been out of reach such as VoIP, Video Conferencing and SaaS,” added Andrew.

‘Next generation broadband technology provides fibre much closer to the premises giving the benefit of much higher download and upload bandwidths, which allows our clients to work more efficiently than ever before. Novosco continues to be innovative by adopting new broadband technologies into our solutions when they become available. Providing these new services brings a range of benefits to our existing and new clients, allowing Novosco to grow within its market’, added Ciaran.

Novosco was awarded Reseller Partner of the Year at Zen’s inaugural Partner awards held last year in Birmingham. The awards were to recognise the important contribution that Zen’s Partners make to the business and reward the top performers.

Zen has also recently launched Business Talk SIP, designed for businesses wanting to reduce costs and improve business communications. As Zen is already providing its customers with a connectivity solution, it is able to offer Voice as a value added service to its existing ADSL, SDSL and Ethernet Partners. For resellers currently selling these services moving to Business Talk SIP is a simple and important move for Partners wanting to grow their revenue.
