Brüel & Kjær Implement Contact Centre and S4B

Brüel & Kjær has implemented a new Contact Centre and Skype for Business dedicated cloud solution with global SIP trunking from Interoute. The new communications platform was up and running within just four months of contract signature. Brüel & Kjær has transformed its customer service delivery across the globe using the new collaborative, flexible and cost effective features.

Brüel & Kjær is a manufacturer and supplier of sound and vibration measurement equipment, systems and solutions. The company operates through an international network of partners and sales offices, with its local teams supported by a global group of engineering specialists.
