Despite the major flood at a BT exchange in Paddington last week, premium kitchen brand owners Canburg have managed to keep the calls flowing.
The phone and broadband outage is expected to affect thousands of business VoIP and broadband users in the north and west London, and the loss of the resulting productivity to businesses could have run into the millions. The Canburg group kept their feet out of the water thanks to the connectivity and services provided by Carter Allen.
The hosted telephony service and MPLS connection seamlessly kept the Holland Park headquarters fully operational as usual.
