The three courses are: Hosted IP Telephony Engineering, aimed at commissioning engineers of Vanilla IP systems, Hosted IP Telephony Systems Admin. a programme designed to give technical administration and support staff the underpinning knowledge to support end user customers, and Hosted IP Telephony Sales, providing sales engineers with the knowledge to determine the right solution for customers. Each programme focuses on the technology, feature sets, user benefits, deployment and provisioning users, and culminates in a written examination.
