Call recording provider Retell appoints new MD

Retell, the call recording solutions provider is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Cobley, as its new Managing Director. Steve has been working for Retell for over 13 years as Head of Business Development and has made a valuable contribution to the success of the business. Richard Herman, the owner of Retell, has decided to pass the reins of Managing Director to Steve so that he can implement plans that will take the business to the next level.

This is an exciting time for Retell with an attractive product portfolio and an increasing channel partner base, Retell is looking to expand its operation in the UK and internationally. Over the last 25 years, Retell has always prided itself on the service and quality it offers its customers. Retell’s most recent success was winning the CNA Award “Best Peripheral Product in 2011”, for its feature-rich Sense recording platform. New leadership and a fresh perspective to supporting the customer base, will help Retell move from strength to strength.
