Weil, Gotshal & Manges, a leading international law firm, has expanded its deployment of CallXpress, the unified communications solution by AVST. This follows the successful implementation and usage of CallXpress at its New York headquarters.
They company was using an existing legacy Octel system that was no longer suitable for their growing requirements. Weil, Gotshal & Manges wanted to move to an open standards platform that would be easy to manage and allow upgrade options. A system was required that provided excellent functionality without extensive maintenance, was easy to administer and would integrate simply with their existing set up.
CallXpress was implemented by one of AVST’s UK based partners, Voice Products. Weil, Gotshal & Manges wanted to deal with a UK based company who they felt confident could provide them with the security of knowing that they would be supported by a dedicated and knowledgeable team – Voice Products fitted the bill.
