CCI Launches B2B Division

Storage and multimedia distributor CCI Distribution has announced the launch of its new Professional Storage division, designed to provide channel partners with pre-integrated business IT solutions for organisations of all sizes.

CCI’s Professional Storage Division will enable systems integrators and resellers to offer a wide-range of cost-effective business and data assurance solutions – from storage and back-up to video editing and surveillance. Seeing a gap in the market, the new division aims to provide CCI partners with customised SMB and enterprise IT solutions, as the current economic climate forces end-user organisations to investigate means of improving efficiency, reducing costs and optimising their IT infrastructure.

The new division will operate alongside CCI’s existing consumer distribution operations, and builds on the company’s extensive investment in its business during 2009, which has seen CCI open a new southern sales office, as well as recruiting an additional ten new employees. CCI has more than a decade’s experience working with the channel, and in support of the Professional Storage Division it has created dedicated sales, marketing and technical functions to augment the company’s existing expertise.

CCI says it is the only UK distributor with a separate integration facility, enabling it to customise and pre-integrate business solutions on behalf of channel partners, as well as conducting quality assurance tests and providing the individual performance results for each system supplied. In doing so, CCI’s Professional Storage Division saves partners both time and money, allowing them to focus on proactive sales outreach. The company offers a comprehensive after-sales service including swapping out and collecting faulty products on behalf of partners free of charge, and providing extended two-year warranties on all products, again allowing partners to take a more complete offering to market.

As well as making the new range of products available to its existing partners, CCI will be looking to recruit additional systems integrators and resellers to complement its current partner base. Furthermore, CCI is launching a new quarterly ‘Storage Options’ magazine, available in print and ebook format, to provide the channel with the latest information on CCI Professional Storage Division’s products and promotions.
