Centile Telecom Applications has announced a strategic partnership with AudioCodes that enable enterprises and service providers to transition to all-IP voice networks.
Through this partnership, Centile and AudioCodes seek to expand the addressable market for advanced IP voice networks by removing complex installation barriers, which typically slow down service providers’ deployments. This partnership tightly integrates AudioCodes’ session border controllers (SBCs), media gateways, and IP phones with Centile’s ISTRA UC platform – eliminating many configuration and maintenance processes.
Another issue faced by enterprises is service interruption due to WAN failure, quality of service or security issues. AudioCodes’ Mediant family of SBC products integrated with Centile’s ISTRA platform provide a complete end-to-end solution to overcome these challenges.
Centile has also certified AudioCodes media gateways with its ISTRA solution, enabling enterprises to keep their existing PBXs while taking advantage of UC services and connecting remote sites to cloud PBX.
Bertrand Pourcelot, DG at Centile says: “We are proud to form a partnership with AudioCodes. Nowadays, service providers are seeking reliable, integrated communications solutions that deliver both cost savings and new revenue opportunities through cloud-based unified communications”. He adds: “The successful integration of AudioCodes’ Mediant SBCs and media gateways with the Centile ISTRA platform enables service providers to speed up deployment of best-in-class Unified Communications and FMC services to enterprises”.
Chaim Shachar, Vice President, W. Europe Sales at AudioCodes continues: “Centile is a leading European provider of cloud Unified Communications solutions and we are convinced that the integration of AudioCodes’ Mediant SBCs and media gateways with their ISTRA platform will help their operator customers improve their productivity and efficiency in a cost-effective manner by providing reliable and secured communications solutions and services to enterprises”.
Centile and AudioCodes will demonstrate this new end-to-end communication solution at Convergence Summit South – Sandown Park, UK in September 27-28, 2016. Sign up for the event here
