Central Telecom Acquires Leading Professional Service Organisation

Business communications specialists, Central Telecom has announced their acquisition of niche professional services organisation, CSP Solutions Ltd.

This acquisition will provide Central with a wide range of professional services capabilities increasing their operational and technical skill sets and further enhancing their opportunity to break into new and exciting markets.

CSP Solutions have been successful in providing consultancy services to many large blue chip corporations around Customer Experience, service and technology delivery to their end customers. In addition, CSP Solutions have a broad range of technology experience having designed and implemented many large Genesys, Cisco, Avaya and Nortel solutions which add value to Central’s existing service capabilities and offerings.

Andrew McDougall, Managing Director of Central Telecom said, ‘Central has been very successful in selling technology but Professional Services and Consultancy is of growing importance in our market place. The acquisition of CSP Solutions will enhance our skill sets in this area and help us to deliver a broad service offering to our existing and future customers.’

By becoming part of the Central Communications Group, CSP Solutions will provide the Professional Services element of Central but retain their brand and a level of independence. They will provide independent consultancy, operational deliveries and benchmarking studies for clients, with Central continuing to bid on technology requirements where appropriate.

Turnover at Central Telecom this year is on target to exceed £40 million.
