MyCloud represents a major investment by Cerberus and aims to help service providers break into the rapidly expanding hosted services market without the associated risks of expanding into new business areas whilst delivering true economies of scale and enhanced resilience.
The Cerberus MyCloud platform has been designed to offer several distinct advantages for partners looking to provide cloud services for their clients, combining business connectivity services from multiple network operators with a full suite of cloud-based services delivered from UK-based data centres and backed up with highest levels of partner support at all stages of engagement.

The MyCloud platform can be fully re-branded by partners and has the option to set up sub-accounts each with their own branding, each with their own customer-facing portal for provisioning and management of hosted services.
All existing Cerberus partners will automatically be given a new MyCloud account where they will be able to log in to the portal and start provisioning services straight away. Partners are billed monthly only for the services they use and there are no contract terms or minimum commitments.
Cerberus is offering free migration in for partners looking to move their clients’ existing ADSL connectivity to Cerberus to take advantage of the suite of hosted services offered by the MyCloud platform. The free migration offer is running until 31st October 2011.
To complement the launch of the MyCloud hosted services platform, Cerberus has also announced an increase in helpdesk staff and has announced that the Cerberus helpdesk is now available 24x7 to further support partners.
