“Following discussions we have mutually decided that Geoff will not renew his initial six month contract but will be available to us for ongoing consultancy. Whilst I am delighted with the work he has carried out for the company, now my health has improved dramatically I wish to resume the position of Managing Director. The work Geoff has put in will make this an easier task for me to take up the role again and work with the Board moving the company forward.”
Niman continued, “Geoff and I have enjoyed a close working relationship and he has shown complete dedication to the role he took up. He is also pleased to have played a part in Nimans’ future.”
Geoff Little commented, “I am delighted to be continuing the relationship with Julian in an advisory capacity and to still be able to contribute to Nimans’ future success.”
The appointment of Little was seen by many observers as a catalyst in the recent departure from Nimans of long time sales and marketing director Richard Carter to rival distributor Rocom.
