According to on-hold messaging vendor Ovation Telecommunications, the channel has been realising huge additional revenues from supplying and promoting On-Hold Marketing Music and Messages to both new and existing customers.

Supplying solely through the dealer channel Ovation claim a valued customer base that includes Rocom, Telstra, Opal, Elite.

Ovation say that uniquely in the on-hold industry they only charge a low recording cost with no on-going royalty, license, or rental charges, allowing dealers the opportunity to earn high revenues both initially and on-going, as well as access to their music library, professional voice over artists, and free script writing service.

The company claims that Ovation’s understanding of the telecoms industry means that dealers can use the knowledge and sales ability of their dealer support team to help develop and close possible enquiries, meaning the dealer can maximise their sales from each customer with minimum extra effort.
