Channel Telecom Make it Easy

Clifford Norton, Managing Director of Channel Telecom, says his company has made selling a complete range of voice and data services really easy for dealers and resellers.

“We have agreements in place with key providers that enable us to supply our channel partners with a comprehensive range of network services, solutions and billing in a format that makes it a simple process for them to secure additional revenues.

Channel Telecom is uniquely a partner with BT Wholesale, BT Retail and BT Openreach as well as a WLR3 services provider. Supply agreements with THUS and Griffin Internet mean that MPLS networks and a complete range of broadband solutions are also available.”

Furthermore we are a THUS virtual service provider and can supply dealers on a commission based model or resellers on a wholesale basis. Here we will also be providing the Union Street billing system free of charge to partners.”

Norton says that his agreement to be one of a select small number of distributors for BT Retail means that dealers need no longer be concerned over talking to customers with lengthy contracts as they can be re-signed to BT straight away – another channel revenue generating opportunity.

“Many dealers and resellers want to provide a more complete solution for their customers and Channel Telecom can help them achieve this. We have a white label agreement in place with the UK’s leading service company, Servassure, which means that our partners can also quote for maintenance of PBX systems as well.

Our proposition is therefore that we can provide lines, minutes, data connectivity, PBX maintenance, billing and WLR3 services all as a white label service for partners. We have been very successful working with IT services based resellers who can add these connectivity and billing services to their hardware portfolios however our team of industry experienced account managers are helping all partners to secure more business.”

Norton concludes by adding, “This is a good time for channel partners to be offering a wider range of services under one umbrella and locking their customer revenues in. Just to make the whole process even easier we have e-signature contract capability as well as customer direct debit set up via our web site. It’s as simple as that.”
