Channel Telecom moonwalks through London for charity

MSPs
Channel Telecom raised over £2,700 in sponsorship for this year’s MoonWalk, held in London on Sunday, 12 May. The team of five, including MD Clifford Norton, set off their 26.2 mile journey across London overnight wearing bras to raise money for various breast cancer charity projects and campaigns.

The Channel Telecom team joined over 15,000 other walkers taking part with bras beautifully decorated in everything from animal prints to rock ‘n roll paraphernalia and this year there’s a sci-fi theme. Vicki Antoniou, Partner Account Manager for Channel Telecom and one of the MoonWalkers said, “We had a terrific night starting out from Battersea Power Station at midnight. It took us 7 hours and 50 minutes to complete and Clifford our MD managed to keep up in his bra. We’ve all had a lot of laughs and raised some money for a good cause while doing it. Thank you to everyone who sponsored and supported us!”
