Channel Telecom recently held a roundtable dinner event for its partners to get feedback on the latest additions to the product portfolio now being offered by the fast growing provider of business network services. The prestigious dinner was held aboard The ‘Leven' floating restaurant in London's Docklands.

Hosted by Clifford Norton, Managing Director and other members of the Channel Telecom account management team, the roundtable dinner provided partners with an opportunity to discuss latest developments in the company's service portfolio. Short informal presentations included FCS membership, hosted and SIP and data services.

Guests were greeted with champagne cocktails and enjoyed a four course meal with a chance to talk over progress in 2012 and prospects for 2013, including Channel Telecom's Strategic Alliance Partnership with Virgin Media Business. There were also previews of Channel Telecom partner incentives for 2013 including the company's planned skiing trip.

Commenting on the roundtable dinner, Clifford Norton stated, "A big part of our channel proposition is personalised service and The ‘Leven' dinner provided us with the ideal opportunity to talk with some of our larger partners and get feedback on the things we are doing right and where they think we can improve our service delivery. In the end our success depends on our partners' success which is why we value them and want to know their opinions. That is why The ‘Leven' dinner is just the latest in an ongoing series of partner consultations."
