Charterhouse Voice and Data, the converged solutions integrator, today announces the formal launch of a new sales generation team and sales academy process, following a successful six month trial period.
The team has junior and senior generators with team members “graduating” from junior to senior with the ultimate aim of reaching a junior field sales role in one of their ICT, Managed Print Services or Network Services sales teams.
The team is led by Campbell Williams, Marketing Director at Charterhouse, who commented, “After unsuccessful stints with external telemarketing agencies and facing ongoing challenges with external recruitment, we decided to meet the twin objectives of generating more opportunities for field sales and developing new sales people by putting a new team together. The team has been in place for six months, we’ve already graduated people through with more to follow, so we’ve proven that it works. Our field sales guys love it as they’re getting more new business appointments than ever, and we offer ambitious people a start in an exciting industry with a genuine career path.”
