Charterhouse is the latest reseller to join the 8×8 partner programme in the UK.
The partnership with 8×8 gives Charterhouse’s customers access to 8×8 X Series, a platform that helps businesses transform their customer and employee experience with one system of engagement across voice, video, collaboration and contact centre solutions, and one system of intelligence on one cloud-based technology platform.
Charterhouse has already signed a deal with global business credit report provider, Creditsafe. This is the fastest an 8×8 channel partner has ever signed a strategic deal in the UK, taking only six weeks since joining the programme.
Charterhouse selected 8×8 to enhance its Fusion cloud services portfolio. 8×8 X Series offers global reach and 24/7 support, that can be quickly deployed, easily scaled and provides customers with built-in analytics to drive business insights.
Mark Brooks-Wadham, CEO, Charterhouse: “As we look to expand our business over the coming months, we are delighted to be working with 8×8. We had a gap in our portfolio for a pure cloud provider and 8×8’s technology is one of the best we’ve seen in the industry. Our customers expect a quick and painless service, with 8×8’s training programme we are ready to support them straight away. We’ve already signed a customer in record time, and are looking forward to signing many more in the future.”
Christopher Peters, Vice President, EMEA Channel Sales said: “Working with fast growing and motivated partners like Charterhouse is key to our strategy for growth. As Charterhouse celebrates its 25th year in business, they are set to have the best and most profitable year to date. 8×8 X Series will be a huge help in their expansion, giving them the tools they need to offer customers one solution that links all areas of their business and scales with them.”
