Chess recently organised a health day for its people, helping to get everyone on track for a healthy spring.
The health conscious business provided goodie bags for commuters who ran, walked or cycled to work, a lunch time spinning bike session and invited local Physiotherapists and Personal Trainers to pass on top exercise & nutritional tips.
David Pollock, Chief Executive of Chess commented “The entire day was organised by our brilliant health champions who did a great job of inspiring us to get back in the gym and playing sports. We aim to be a great place to work and part of that is giving our people the opportunity to stay fit and healthy, which can go a long way in creating a positive mind-set.
Chess’ Fun Fit Friday also raised over £200 for the East Cheshire Hospice thanks to a charity raffle and a fitness dress down theme.
