CircleLoop, the cloud-based phone system for business, today launches its new partner programme designed to help resellers and value added partners sell its fast growing product to their SME customers.
CircleLoop is a cloud-based phone system for business which runs in powerful apps, from anywhere, on any device. Its powerful features and integrations deliver huge flexibility and productivity benefits for businesses helping them to improve service, encourage collaboration and save money. CircleLoop certified partners will be able to easily provision and sell telephony to their customers with a jargon-free approach, without the complexities associated with traditional telecoms provision.
As a well-established product now in the UK SME market, CircleLoop integrates with over 15 other software products including Hubspot, PipeDrive, Capsule, Zoho, Office365, Freshdesk, Intercom and many more! This high level of integration provides partners with a strong additional product to sell and implement in their portfolio. Once certified, partners will be able to setup, manage and support CircleLoop customers in a fully automated Partner Management Platform which also contains training and support materials.
Damian Hanson, co-founder of CircleLoop, said, “CircleLoop was developed because we recognised the challenges presented to businesses by legacy telecoms providers. Our customers want a clear, simple and modern service which can be instantly provisioned and managed. With thousands of customers and over 3 years experience in the sector we are now providing partners with a significant opportunity to work with us closely.”
The move comes hot on the heels of CircleLoop rolling out a raft of new features during 2019 including custom call menus and greetings, media management, enhanced call recording, transcription, international numbering and improved analytics.
Hanson concluded, “we have seen strong demand for CircleLoop in the market and we are excited to be working closely with channel partners as part of our future growth plans as we go into 2020.”
