City Lifeline chosen by Dolphin Communications to host its telephony system

City Lifeline, the central London colocation data centre, has today announced a partnership with telecoms solution experts, Dolphin Communications. This new partnership will provide Dolphin Communications with first-rate colocation services, and the added personal touch means that Dophin’s customers receive high-quality service and suffer minimal downtime.

Through a previous relationship with Voiceflex, Dolphin Communications provided specialist expertise in contact centres, VoIP and private networking for clients ranging from SME and public sector to large enterprises. Now working with City Lifeline, Dolphin is able provide cost effective voice services, with the support of a colocation infrastructure. After careful consideration and going out to tender, Dolphin chose City Lifeline due to how closely it works with and considers customers.

“When it comes to choosing a data centre, most do exactly what they say on the tin”, explains Spencer Hoy, director at Dolphin Communications. “It’s the added extras that drove us to work with City Lifeline. The personal touch they provide with their services ensures you feel like a customer as opposed to a number. Putting on a unified front reassures us that our customer relationships are in good hands”.

Roger Keenan, managing director of City Lifeline, said: “We are thrilled to have Dolphin pick us out from the pack. The new partnership both boosts both our company’s portfolios and in turn, enables Dolphin to extend what they offer customers, promising a top tier level of service.”
