Express delivery company City Link has launched a new service that allows customers for the first time to see in real time the exact location of all their consignments from any computer anywhere in the world.
My City Link empowers customers – at a click of a mouse – to monitor the status of all their parcels in the City Link network as well as track individual consignments.
The company says it is a tremendous step forward and one which will further reinforce its position as a leading force within the express delivery market and set it apart from the competition as a premium carrier.
By using My City Link customers will now be able to answer questions from their own customers about the progress of deliveries, confident in the knowledge that the information will be accurate and up-to-date.
Having spent over 18 months in the development of My City Link and investing ia six figure sum, the company has been actively trialling the concept with a number of customers who have given it rave reviews.
