For a pair of running shoes! Craig Busst the Managing Director of City Numbers is running the Birmingham Half Marathon this weekend in a bid to help raise funds for The Christie Hospital in Manchester. “My best friend Steve Lambert is currently being treated at the hospital in Manchester for a brain tumour and I felt the urge to do something to help” commented Craig. “I’ve been out running every other night now for the last 4 months and I’m almost ready for the big day on Sunday”.
Craig has already raised over £2000 and is hoping to achieve his target of £3000 by the end of this week. The Christie Hospital helps to fund projects and equipment outside the scope of the NHS, which dramatically improves treatment and care for their current patients, and survival rates for the future.
