Claranet has partnered with Train to Win.tv, the telecoms training company to the channel, to deliver end user training services to Claranet customers. Train to Win.tv is providing both web based and on-site training designed to help end users get the most from the full portfolio of features available within the Claranet hosted UC product.
James Mitchell, Claranet’s Unified Communications Product Manager commented: “We want our customers to get the most from our services, and an important part of this is understanding the full range of features available to them: training has a crucial role to play here. While our customers already tell us about the flexibility, efficiency and improvements to customer service that their UC solution provides them, we are always looking to help our customers do more with what they have. We have complete faith that Train to Win.tv will help us to achieve this. We believe that their expertise and unique approach of using professional trainers and not engineers will help our customers do even more with their UC services.”
Julie Mills, Train to Win.tv’s Managing Director commented: “We are thrilled to be working with Claranet. It was clear very early in our discussions that we had a shared vision on how to best help their customers solve key business challenges by leveraging the benefits that this fantastic platform offers. We look forward to a long and fruitful partnership.”
