Claranet Partners with Train to

Claranet has partnered with Train to, the telecoms training company to the channel, to deliver end user training services to Claranet customers. Train to is providing both web based and on-site training designed to help end users get the most from the full portfolio of features available within the Claranet hosted UC product.

James Mitchell, Claranet’s Unified Communications Product Manager commented: “We want our customers to get the most from our services, and an important part of this is understanding the full range of features available to them: training has a crucial role to play here. While our customers already tell us about the flexibility, efficiency and improvements to customer service that their UC solution provides them, we are always looking to help our customers do more with what they have.
