Inclarity has signed a new agreement with Clever IP, the business solutions specialist. Clever IP will begin using Inclarity’s hosted telephony solution to meet the voice needs of their business customers around the UK.
Clever IP required a partner that delivered a carrier-grade solution for business voice over IP (VoIP) technology. Inclarity’s hosted telephony solution satisfied Clever IP’s requirement to be robust, reliable and flexible for business customers. Inclarity’s solution was set above other providers’ scaled-up enterprise platforms, which many other IP telephony players in the UK have deployed rather than true carrier grade solutions.
Clever IP’s customer base is increasingly utilising hosted telephony, in efforts to avoid making infrastructure investment on technology kit that could become obsolete in a short space of time.
“Inclarity has the best carrier-grade technology hands down right now in the UK, and we wanted to partner with the best,” said Mark Saunders, ex-Gamma Telecom director and founder of Clever IP. “This solution will assist companies that want to take advantage of the cost benefits of hosted telephony who may not want to install a next-generation phone system on their own premises.”
Through the Inclarity partnership, Clever IP can meet the telephony needs of customers with 10 end users or above, from SOHO through to large enterprises in both the public and private sectors. Clever IP often works with companies that have employees based in multiple sites.
“Our channel programme is significantly strengthened with the addition of Clever IP, and we’re happy to have them on board,” said Andrew Wilson, Channel Director of Inclarity. “Clever IP shares our belief that a telephony solution must be business-grade to make business sense, and hosted telephony can achieve that without requiring a massive upfront investment to deploy technology on-site.”
