This new offering satisfies medium-sized private networks by delivering fibre-like capacity connectivity needs and enables the growth and independency of enterprise data networks.
Commenting on the appointment Jim Kernahan, Managing Director, Cogent Distribution: “Earlier this year we recognised a gap in the Cogent product line for a high capacity long-range input communication link solution, an area which SIAE Microelettronica excels in, so as we had a long-standing relationship we began planning how we could work together to fill this gap. Working with SIAE Microelettronica gives us access to a wide range of resources including technical support, training, seminars and consulting and we’re delighted to be on board and can’t wait to channel these solutions to our customer base.”
Commenting on the appointment for SIAE Microelettronica, Steve Goddard, UK & Ireland Business Development Manager, “We are extremely pleased to be working with an established and recognised connectivity specialist company such as Cogent Distribution and we are excited at the prospect of the growth our collaboration will bring.”
