Colt has announced the launch of their Online for UK Channel Partners at its annual partner conference at Sixty One Whitehall in London.
Colt Online is an Internet-based platform that enables partners to view orders, bills, tickets and services for their own account and the accounts of all end customers they manage. It is designed to create a market-leading, always-on suite of services that makes it easier to do business with Colt, a key strategic pillar in their European partner strategy.
Andy Horn, Head of Colt’s SME Division UK said, “Colt strongly believes that partners should ‘expect more’ from their service providers. As our channel partners will be able to access the tools and information they need instantly online, they can reduce administration time and focus on their core business and revenue generating activity.

The phased roll out of Colt Online for partners will take part throughout the year with the addition of new modules during the second half of the year. This will include the ability to obtain quotes and pricing online and build custom proposals and ultimately offer a seamless online service from obtaining quotes to placing orders.
