Colt has extended its collaboration with HR software specialist, HR Access, under a new contract that will see Colt deliver an newly designed customer platform for its portfolio of outsourced HR services.
HR Access delivers a set of HR solutions to businesses around the world, managing all aspects of personnel administration, time and attendance, payroll processing and talent management. The company is evolving from software licensing to an outsourced model in response to business demand for greater flexibility and quality in their HR services.
With this contract Colt will provide a new standard operating platform that is designed to be very scalable and to offer optimum business continuity as it is hosted across two Colt data centres in London and Paris. It will support HR Access customers across the EMEA region. The platform will be fully managed by Colt, who will provide the full hosting, network connectivity and operating environment for the HR Access services.
