Located in the UK and Spain, the new repair facilities have been introduced due to the feedback that Comms-care had received from their resellers. They had regularly commented for the need to have a wide range of quality controlled repair facilities from a simple circuit repair to more complex bespoke projects. Some of the typical repairs that will be undertaken include; - Battery pack repairs and the repair of Flash circuits, Ethernet ports, Memory circuits, Interface circuits and Serial interfaces.

The Comms-care repair service covers products that include Cisco, 3Com, HP, Avaya, Nortel, Polycom and Juniper. In the past when any kit was broken resellers were often left with just one option and that was to replace it, now they are in the position to provide their Customers with an alternative solution increasing Customer loyalty and satisfaction.”
