Comms-care, an emerging player in the provision of channel network, and IT maintenance, has announced the appointment of Mark Timms as Operations Director. With over 20 years plus experience in service delivery and management, Mark comes to Comms-care from RAC where he worked for 18 years where worked in many areas of expertise including – Service Management/Operational Delivery, Project Management, Internal Consultancy and Offshoring.
